Free shipping
Shipping is free on every order — no minimum.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed and another with tracking once it ships.
Delivery times
- United States: usually 7–14 business days after the order ships.
- International: usually 10–20 business days after the order ships. Delivery times vary by country and customs.
Items in one order may ship separately and arrive on different days. Delivery estimates aren't guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays, weather and holidays.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within the delivery window above, email us at TheBirdHouse1000@gmail.com and we'll look into it.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be charged customs duties or import taxes by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we'll do our best to fix it before the order ships.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
